Product Manager within Bir Ecosystem

Job description:

• Develop strategy and roadmap for ecosystem products.
• Define priorities and shape products in alignment with business objectives.
• Negotiate and collaborate with partners, analyzing integration opportunities.
• Analyze user behavior within the ecosystem: identify the most in-demand products and services, as well as the most effective interaction points.
• Develop strategies for launching new products and improving existing ones across various areas of the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure successful product launches and growth.
• Continuously enhance products, identify growth opportunities, and optimize current solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in product management or related fields (business development, strategic product management).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data (understanding key metrics, conducting research, market analysis).
• Understanding of the ecosystem approach: how to analyze user behavior and optimize product integration.
• Excellent communication skills, experience in negotiations and partnership management.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management principles.
• Preferably, familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
