Position: Head Barista
Location: Kuwait

We are looking for a talented, well-presented, and service-driven  Male Head Barista to join a fine dining restaurant in  Kuwait .

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Supervise, train, and support barista staff
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory and manage coffee supplies
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• English communication skills required
