Marketing manager

Locally manage, guide, and collaborate with the local team to coordinate all market projects in Azerbaijan:
Pull through various departments, responsible for the planning and execution of the integrated communication plan for all product launches in Azerbaijan, including but not limited to brand marketing, content marketing, advertising, public relations management, community management, social media operations and other types of functions, as well as campaign planning.

Local cooperation with agents/channels, leveraging the all market resources, promoting the achievement of sales targets, and monitoring the channel's market investment plan and execution content, reasonable inspection and acceptance, and improving the efficiency of budget use.

Project review to improve efficiency:
After the project is completed, timely review and report will be carried out to form experience accumulation, optimize efficiency and increase ROI.

Budget management:
Combining the local revenue situation, allocate the budget reasonably and scientifically, and effectively track the use of the budget, set KPIs, and ensure the reasonable use of the budget.

Market strategy:
Pay attention to user feedback and market dynamics, competitive products, timely adjust strategies, do a good job of internal coordination and communication, and output local market strategies.

Above 3 years of working experience in the market, with car companies, 3Cs, and Internet preferred in the industry, with integrated marketing experience, brand marketing experience, public relations, market development experience, etc.

Strong learning ability, hard-working, good at teamwork, good communication skills, integration skills, and able to work well with local employees.

Able to work in an English environment, proficient in Azerbaijani and Russian.
