Overview of the role:
You will develop plans to win with the customers (distributors) and channels by maximising strategies and tools to enhance sales/share growth in line with Regional Business Unit (RBU) guidance/approval and stewardship principles across Caucasus and Central Asian Republics (CCAR) region.
Responsibilities:
You will define P&G winning choices across channels and customers for your category(ies).
You will be responsible from the Creation & Deployment of Shopper Based Design (SBD) Planogram standards as part of RBU-deployed commercial strategy.
Execution of portfolio as part of RBU-deployed commercial strategy.
Own category specific Business Operational Planning (BOP) incl. input on building blocks and forecast.
Accountable for delivering commercially agreed plan within RBU-deployed budget and strategy.
Input to commercial gap closing plans within strategy, present to RBU and execute in local markets.
Own annual brand integrated annual business plan for SMO deliverables including sufficiency check
Own transformation of Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) from regional strategy, incl. execution of category growth vision / price / promo / portfolio / mix
Develop superior Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy by channel (in line with KBDs, pricing, shopper understanding, etc.) and define differentiation needs
Own local GTM category specific competitive landscape understanding and key business dynamics (promotions, initiative launches, pricing, etc.)
Develop clear sizing / pricing / promo / strategies to win across channels and customers
Provide clear brief to RBU on sizing / pricing / promo / differentiation solutions needed to win
Support the field Sales teams of P&G and Distributor Sales Organizations.
Close cooperation with Brand Marketing, Finance and Supply departments.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in FMCG market, preferably in Sales/Key Account Management, Distributor Operations, Trade Marketing or Customer Marketing.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills to identify business opportunities.
Ability to handle complexity under time pressure with keeping an eye on the big picture.
Attitude of continuously striving for excellence, with problem-solver approach.
Fluency in English (written/spoken, business language). Russian language can be an advantage.
Driving license is an advantage.
