Internal Innovations Manager

  • Design and execute internal innovation programs, from ideation to implementation.
  • Lead entrepreneurship education efforts for innovation champions and corporate sponsors.
  • Oversee innovation projects and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop curriculum and deliver educational programs on innovation.
  • Evaluate and report on innovation initiatives using defined metrics.
  • Champion a culture of creativity, risk-taking, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, MBA, Education Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years in innovation management, strategy, or operations.
  • Experience with startups and the broader innovation ecosystem.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani (native), English, and Russian; Turkish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management tools, and financial tracking.
