Internal Innovations Manager

- Design and execute internal innovation programs, from ideation to implementation.
- Lead entrepreneurship education efforts for innovation champions and corporate sponsors.
- Oversee innovation projects and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Develop curriculum and deliver educational programs on innovation.
- Evaluate and report on innovation initiatives using defined metrics.
- Champion a culture of creativity, risk-taking, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, MBA, Education Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years in innovation management, strategy, or operations.
- Experience with startups and the broader innovation ecosystem.
- Strong project and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani (native), English, and Russian; Turkish is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management tools, and financial tracking.
