Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager to elevate our B2B marketing and lead generation efforts. This role demands a results-oriented professional who can manage and motivate a high-performing marketing team to drive impactful, sustainable revenue growth.
The Senior B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, creating and executing efficient B2B lead generation campaigns to meet marketing KPIs, managing the marketing team to expand market share, and strengthening our brand presence to drive sustainable revenue growth. The Senior B2B Marketing Manager reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic B2B marketing plans to meet business objectives and expand market share.

Create and execute efficient B2B lead generation campaigns that meet and exceed marketing KPIs.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Collaborate closely with the executive team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Oversee the development of compelling B2B marketing collateral, campaigns, and digital initiatives that generate high-quality leads.

Manage and optimize the corporate website development process, setting goals and working with in-house and external design and development teams.

Implement a robust content strategy to improve organic traffic and engagement.

Develop and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms.

Identify and leverage digital marketing channels to pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, engaging content, and strategic online presence.

Perform ongoing budget management and ROI reporting, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in senior B2B marketing management roles within the IT/software development industry.

Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience in managing and motivating a high-performing marketing team.

In-depth knowledge of both inbound and outbound digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, PPC, etc.

Demonstrated expertise in B2B digital marketing and lead generation.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, CRM systems like Creatio and HubSpot, and tools like GA4, Buffer, Ahrefs, and LiveChat.
