We believe in the power of our people and are looking for a Sales and Operations Administrator to join our team in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing invoices for goods and services.
  • Receiving and sending invoices.
  • Preparing and sending closing documents to customers.
  • Tracking and ensuring the return of our copies of documents.
  • Working closely with local and Corporate Finance and Accounting teams on reports and invoices.
  • Managing supplier approvals, customer adjustments, prepayments, and billing processes.
  • Managing CRM contracts.
  • Supporting the CEO, Enterprise Sales Lead, Key Account Managers, and Bid teams with bids, calculations, proposals, and import/export documentation.
  • Communicating with vendors to collect marketing resources.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Assisting with post-sales activities

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing and financial documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani- Upper Intermediate, Russian- Upper Intermediate, English- Upper Intermediate
