Graduate Program Details

Responsibilities

• Explore various facets of our business, including operations and functional support, to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer experience.
  

• Collaborate with internal team members to review processes and identify product and experience improvement opportunities.
  

• Work alongside the team to implement proposed solutions and contribute to continuous enhancement efforts
  

• Compile, organize, and format data in MS Excel to create informative reports for analysis.
  

• Conduct market research on ongoing business trends within the health tech industry, understanding the market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  

• Provide reports and updates on sales pipeline, activities, and results to management, supported by strong qualitative analysis and quantitative storytelling.
  

• Work closely with the team on day-to-day monitoring of all business functions, assisting in the execution and implementation of cross-functional project solutions, primarily involving Sales, Marketing, Events, Training, Planning, and Go-To-Market teams.

1. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process).
   

2. Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
   

3. 1 year of relevant experience (internship, projects, employment).
   

4. Excellent English written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
   

5. Understanding of business processes and entrepreneurial mindset.
   

6. Demonstrated global mindset, with the ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios.
   

7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, and project management skills with the ability to develop and understand strategy.
   

8. Experience in market research and event planning.
   

General Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Master's or PhD program.
  

• Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
  

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
  

• Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
