  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
  • Identify communication needs, target audiences, and appropriate channels for delivering messages.
  • Develop initiatives to promote strategy awareness and implement communication of the strategy and other priorities
  • Develop initiatives to promote value awareness and communication of corporate values across the Group
  • Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement, motivation, and a sense of belonging through effective communication.
  • Seek feedback from employees to continually improve the communication process and address any concerns.
  • Shape and nurture a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values, strategy, and desired behaviors.
  • Create an environment where employees feel engaged, motivated, and aligned with the organization's mission, as well as well aware of organizational strategy.
  • Orchestrate seamless and successful events that meet the organization's objectives
  • Strategic planning, logistical coordination, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure events are executed flawlessly.
  • Write, edit, and produce engaging and informative content for internal communication materials, such as newsletters, emails, intranet posts, memos, videos, and presentations.
  • Coordinate the timely distribution of critical information, updates, and announcements to all employees.
  • Manage and optimize various internal communication channels, including intranet, email, digital signage, and collaboration tools.
  • Stay informed about emerging communication technologies and trends, incorporating relevant ones into the communication strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments to gather information, provide communication support, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through metrics, feedback, and engagement data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or related roles of a minimum 3 years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools, collaboration platforms, and office software.
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics, change management, and employee engagement principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
