1. HR Community Support - Develop and sustain an HR community platform that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional networking among HR professionals.
- Organize and manage internal events aimed at enhancing networking and experience sharing among the HR community.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful event planning and execution.
- Promote and facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the HR community.
- Organize regular forums, workshops, and virtual meetings to facilitate the exchange of ideas and collaborative problem-solving.
2. HR Development Program:
- Support Group HR Strategy and Transformation Head, in building the HR Academy program and develop individual development plans for HR teams in all layers across Strategic Areas (SAs).
- Support Group strategy and Transformation Head in ensuring the HR Development Program aligns with organizational goals and supports career growth for HR professionals on HR layers.
- Support Group strategy and Transformation Head creating development pathways within HR that align with individual career aspirations and organizational needs.
3. Employee Engagement Surveys:
- Support Group strategy and Transformation Head in facilitation the option for Strategic Assets for centralized Employee Engagement surveys, emphasizing a strategic approach.
- High level analysis of survey results and provide insights to Support Group strategy and Transformation Head for further facilitation of meaningful discussions with Strategic Assets on Expert Committees.
4. Future of Work Initiatives:
- Create and implement future of work concepts to ensure the organization is prepared for emerging trends and changes in the workplace.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement flexible work arrangements, technology integration, and innovative HR practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the future of work to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
5. HR Conferences and CHRO Community:
- Organize large-scale HR conferences to foster learning and networking opportunities both internally within the group and externally within the broader CHRO community.
- Build and manage a separate CHRO community meeting on behalf of PASHA Holding.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs).
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on community building, employee development, and engagement.
- Strong organizational and event management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in using HR metrics and data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with future of work trends and best practices.
